CROS Ministries serves the hungry in Palm Beach and Martin Counties through community collaborations. For 39 years, CROS has brought people of different faiths, civic groups, and members of our community to work together effectively towards the common goal of alleviating hunger. Hunger affects children, single mothers, seniors, individuals, people with disabilities, the homeless, and families with low incomes. This is the population we serve, and it is close to 200,000 people in our community. Our programs are designed to provide food to people living in at-risk communities so they can use their limited resources on other basic needs, such as medicine and housing. Our services include: seven community food pantries; The Caring Kitchen, a hot meal and social services program; summer camp for children from families with low-incomes; a weekend food program for children attending Title I Schools; and a gleaning and food recovery program. All CROS Ministries’ services are provided without regard to race, religion, national origin, marital status, gender, disability, sexual orientation, or age.
